Notice the stretch moves from the lower half of your back to the upper half. Do this 2 - 3 times holding for 30 sec. and then sitting back up and arching your spine. After you can put your feet behind your head, then try to walk your feet out away from you a little further each time you do the exercise. (IF IT HURTS DON'T DO IT - BE PATIENT).
