At the present time, there are no access restrictions on AFTER
HOURS.
You can access all features of the system any time you call.

Since there are no rules, just about anyone will be tolerated.
However, this is not a war board, and constant mindless attacks on
other
users will result in a use restriction.  We welcome all opinions,
and in fact
we encourage you to post them- you can be sure of a spirited
response.

File transfers are permitted any time you log on.  There
are no limits to the amount of files you may download.  However,
in order to download, you must first upload something to the
system.  For
each file you send, you will receive one credit.  You may use your
credits
at any time, or you may accumulate them until you decide to use
them.
